![]() Limited functionalityĪs the name suggests, LabChart Reader is a viewing utility, so it does not integrate the functionality available in the LabChart application it is not equipped with the possibility to record new data or save it. The tool is not complicated and the installation process is a simple one, all the user has to do is follow the instructions on the screen and a few clicks later the software is available on the system. ![]() It makes working with this sort of files easier by providing access to this sort of files in order to analyze it. This enables the comparison of real time events with recorded data.LabChart Reader is a utility that can help users view LabChart data files without the need of the full-blown application. The module allows the synchronized recording and playback of a Windows Media Video or QuickTime movie and LabChart data file. The Video Capture Module adds audio and video capability to LabChart. Recorded spikes can also be reanalyzed offline with modified discrimination settings. The Spike Histogram Module provides the ability to detect, discriminate and analyze extracellular neural spike activity online. It enables the calculation of loop area and a wide range of hemodynamic parameters, during and after sampling. The PV Loop Module records and analyzes left ventricular pressure and volume data for hemodynamic research in animals. The Peak Analysis Module provides automatic detection and analysis of multiple, but not overlapping, signal waveforms from recordings, online or offline. The module can be used to calculate and display metabolic data online and can also be used offline to analyze data from previous recordings. The Metabolic Module allows for specialized metabolic data acquisition and analysis from humans. HRV also has additional functionality to allow for offline data analysis. HRV works online, performing calculations and displaying results as data is recording. The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Module is used to analyze LabChart recordings of ECG or arterial pulse signal. The Dose Response Module allows for the calculation of dose response type data from LabChart recordings, automatically or manually, offline or online.ĭetects and reports the onset, amplitude and interval times of PQRST from human and animal ECG signals. The module is used to calculate and set the optimal pretension conditions for microvessels or other tubular tissues prior to commencing experiments. The DMT Normalization Module is used when performing in vitro experiments on isolated vessels with Danish Myo Technology (DMT) wire myographs. The Circadian Analysis Module analyzes LabChart recordings with a daily pattern, and generates graphical and tabular views of the daily and averaged circadian data. It calculates cardiac output, baseline temperature, area under the thermodilution curve and baseline slope correction. ![]() The Blood Pressure Module automatically detects, analyzes and reports a set of cardiovascular parameters from arterial or ventricular pressure signals, online or offline.Īllows for cardiac output calculations to be easily derived from a LabChart recording of a thermodilution curve. LabChart 7 Pro includes LabChart 7 software and the following LabChart 7 Modules All software is conveniently available for download.
